Yesterday was Primary Election Day in North Carolina. Early results show that more North Carolinians voted in this midterm year primary than ever before. Additionally, the state had the highest turnout percentage for a midterm primary election since 2002.

Our democracy works best when everybody participates, so we are excited to see North Carolinians making their voices heard and hope to see the trend continue for November elections this fall.
